Polka, Polka, Polka

I've taken much inspiration from the 1940's inspired Marc Jacobs AW/11 collection in selecting the dress I am planning on wearing to my friends wedding next week...Perfect.

Also, might just be me but every time I hear the word 'Polka' it reminds me of the inimitable John Candy and the Kenosha Kickers.

5 years on...

and still a summer wardrobe staple - the Kate Moss for Topshop pansy print dress.(With, of course, the glitter ambush boots).

Summer

A few snaps from my favourite weekend this summer spent in St. Andrews.  Edinburgh seems to have reverted to default weather, dark grey with intermittent rain, ah well not long until some sunshine in the Med!
